Here’s everything you need to know before sending your pieces back.
What if I have more than 5 items I want to send back?
You’re welcome to send more than 5 items. However, store credit is capped at 5 items per month ($50 CAD). Any additional pieces will be donated on your behalf. If you’d like credit for those items, you can send them the following month.
Can I drop off my items in person if I’m local?
Yes — if you’re in the GTA, you can bring your items to First Health Club. We ask that you still email us photos beforehand so our team can confirm your credit estimate. Once approved, you can drop them off and receive your store credit in person.
Can I recycle items from other brands?
At this time, we only accept First Health pieces. This helps us maintain quality and consistency in what we donate.
Does any item qualify for the recycle program?
No — we only accept gently used items that are well kept. Since these pieces are donated, items with pilling, stains, tears, or damage will not be accepted.
When will I receive my store credit?
Your store credit is issued once your items have been received and reviewed by our team. You’ll receive it via email shortly after processing.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes — customers are responsible for shipping their items to us. We recommend using a tracked method to ensure safe delivery.
